USITC Reviews Part of Initial Determination in Patent Infringement Case Involving Certain Motorized Self-Balancing Vehicles

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a ruling that found no evidence of patent infringement in a case involving self-balancing scooters, vacating one part of the decision and leaving another issue unresolved.
