Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records - ITC-10 Mailing List Records

The ITC-10 Mailing List Records system, established under the Privacy Act of 1974, contained records of individuals' requests to be added to the Federal Commission's mailing list, used to distribute agency publications. These records included names and addresses of those who made the requests.
