NTIA Removes Regulations for Digital-to-Analog Converter Box Coupon Program
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has issued a final rule to remove its regulations implementing the Digital-to-Analog Converter Box Program (Coupon Program), which closed in 2009 and is no longer administered.
