CFTC Adopts Technical Amendments to Rules on Registration and Review of Exchange Disciplinary Actions

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is adopting technical amendments to its rules governing intermediary registration and the review of exchange disciplinary, access denial, or other adverse actions, incorporating swap execution facilities and designated contract markets, and updating provisions for publication of disciplinary actions on exchange websites.
