National Marine Fisheries Service to Prepare Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for Hawaiian Monk Seals

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is announcing its intent to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) to assess the environmental impacts of implementing specific management actions and research programs for Hawaiian monk seals in the Northwestern and Main Hawaiian Islands.
