Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Requirements for Carpets and Rugs

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of approval for information collection requirements for carpet and rug manufacturers and importers, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, in order to inform an upcoming request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an extension of this data collection process.
