Revisions to Safety Standard for Infant Bath Tubs

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is revising its safety standard for infant bath tubs to incorporate a more recent version of the applicable ASTM standard, as mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. This change is part of the CPSC's process for updating standards, as outlined in section 104(b) of the CPSIA.
