Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Seeks OMB Approval Renewal for State Official Notification Rule

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is renewing the Office of Management and Budget approval for the State Official Notification Rule, a regulation that requires state officials to notify the Bureau of certain information, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Bureau is seeking public comment on this proposal.
