FCC Updates Competitive Bidding Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a revised information collection rule, effective December 10, 2015, to implement modified collection requirements for competitive bidding, as part of the Part 1 Report and Order FCC 15-80.
