FCC Establishes New Numbering Policies for IP-Enabled Services

The Federal Communications Commission published a new document in the Federal Register on October 29, 2015, outlining rules for VoIP providers to obtain phone numbers directly from the Numbering Administrators, aiming to prevent number exhaustion and preserve the integrity of the numbering system.
