FCC to Terminate JuBe Communications, LLC's International Section 214 Authorization

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a final notice to JuBe Communications, LLC, giving the company an opportunity to respond to a request from the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and Federal Bureau of Investigation to revoke its international section 214 authorization, effective December 23, 2015.
