Commission to Review Procedures for State Opt-Out Requests from FirstNet Radio Access Network

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on procedures for reviewing state opt-out requests from the FirstNet radio access network, as mandated by the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, and the standards for evaluating these applications.
