CFTC Establishes New System of Records for Contractors and Consultants Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is launching a new system of records, CFTC-51, to manage information collected from contractors and consultants under the Privacy Act of 1974. This system will handle data from individuals who work with the CFTC in a capacity other than full-time employees.
