Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Recordkeeping and Records Access Requirements for Food Facilities

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on proposed recordkeeping and records access requirements for food facilities, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The agency will accept comments for 60 days after the notice is published in the Federal Register.
