Coast Guard Releases Policy for Evaluating Sea Service Aboard Liftboats

The U.S. Coast Guard has released a new policy letter (CVC Policy Letter 14-03) that outlines guidelines for evaluating sea service on liftboats, which will help mariners obtain endorsements on their Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC).
