DOJ Corrects Final Rule on Justice Acquisition Regulations (JAR) Published on August 2, 2022

The Department of Justice is correcting minor administrative errors in its final rule on Justice Acquisition Regulations (JAR), which was published on August 2, 2022, and went into effect on September 2, 2022, to update and streamline agency procurement actions in line with the Federal Acquisition Reform Act and the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act.
