ATF Seeks OMB Approval for Revised FEL Out of Business Records Collection

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting OMB approval to revise its Federal Explosives Licensee (FEL) Out of Business Records collection, which has seen an increase in respondents and associated costs since its last renewal in 2019.
