U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Revises Boating Infrastructure Grant Program Regulations

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has finalized a rule revising the administration of the national Boating Infrastructure Grant Program, following public comments on two proposed rules published in 2012 and 2014.
