National Organic Program Issues Final Guidance on Organic Post-Harvest Handling Substances

The National Organic Program has released a final guidance document, titled Substances Used in Post-Harvest Handling of Organic Products, to inform accredited certifying agents and certified organic operations about the current thinking on substances used in post-harvest handling of organic products.
