U.S. Department of Energy Invites Public Comment on Draft Guidance for Hydroelectric Incentive Payments
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking public input on its draft guidance for the EPAct 2005 Section 242 Program, which provides incentive payments to hydroelectric facility owners and operators for generating and selling electricity over a 10-year period.
