OFAC Sanctions Action Notice

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of five individuals and four entities that were added to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List on March 24, 2016, and July 20, 2016, due to OFAC's determination that certain legal criteria were met, resulting in the blocking of their property and interests within U.S. jurisdiction, and prohibiting U.S. persons from engaging in transactions with them.
