U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Final Rule to Implement Nuclear Suppliers Group Understandings

The Bureau of Industry and Security is publishing a final rule to amend export regulations to reflect changes agreed upon at Nuclear Suppliers Group meetings in 2005, 2012, and 2013, as well as a 2009 decision. The rule updates export licensing policies for nuclear-related dual-use items.
