US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Successor-in-Interest for Antidumping Duty on Multilayered Wood Flooring from China
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Linyi Youyou Wood Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Shanghai Lizhong Wood Products Co., Ltd. and is entitled to Lizhong's cash deposit rate for multilayered wood flooring from China. Interested parties can comment on this decision.
