NMFS Incorporates Public Comments into Marine Mammal Stock Assessment Reports
In compliance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act, the National Marine Fisheries Service has revised the 2013 marine mammal stock assessment reports, incorporating public comments received as part of the process.
