EPA Proposes Approval of Texas SIP Revision to Control VOC Emissions from Storage Tanks

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from storage tanks, primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria areas, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
