PBGC Proposes Changes to Systems of Records Under the Privacy Act of 1974

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation is proposing revisions to its systems of records, including retiring four existing systems, revising routine uses, and adding an exemption to three existing systems, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
