PHMSA Corrects Language in Hazardous Materials Regulations

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is revising its standard operating procedures and evaluation process for special permits and approvals under the Hazardous Materials Regulations, following a 2012 law and in response to a 2014 notice of proposed rulemaking.
