FMCSA Exempts 88 Individuals with Insulin-Treated Diabetes Mellitus from Commercial Motor Vehicle Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has confirmed its decision to exempt 88 individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus (ITDM) from a rule prohibiting them from operating commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce, allowing these individuals to operate CMVs in interstate commerce.
