DoD Proposes Changes to Multiyear Contract Cancellation Thresholds and Statutory References in DFARS

The Department of Defense is proposing updates to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to adjust the cancellation ceiling threshold for multiyear contracts and correct statutory references, in response to a statutory requirement.
