HUD Requests Public Input on Potential Data Sources for Native American Housing Block Grant Formula

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking public input on potential data sources to update the needs variables for the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) program, which is authorized by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996. The request is part of a review of the current data source, the U.S. Decennial Census, and considers alternative sources such as the American Community Survey (ACS).
