Amendment of Class B Airspace; Washington Tri-Area, DC

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended the description of Area D of the Washington Tri-Area Class B airspace area to exclude restricted area R-4001C from the Class B airspace when the restricted area is active, without affecting the remainder of the Class B description.
