EPA Proposes Revision to California Air Quality Plan to Address Deficiencies in Stationary Source Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, addressing deficiencies in a permitting rule that regulates major stationary sources of air pollution, as previously identified by the EPA in a final rule dated September 24, 2013.
