EPA Proposes Authorization for Arkansas' Hazardous Waste Program Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to authorize Arkansas' state-initiated changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and to incorporate the program into the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
