EPA Publishes Final Rule to Correct Air Quality Designation Error

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a final rule to correct an error in the designation of areas for air quality planning purposes for the 1997 and 2006 PM2.5 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) nonattainment areas, specifically the Wisconsin 2006 24-hour PM2.5 NAAQS. The correction was published in the Federal Register on June 2, 2014.
