Lone Star Rail District to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Regional Passenger Rail Service

The Federal Highway Administration, Texas Department of Transportation, and Lone Star Rail District are issuing a notice to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared for a proposed transportation project to construct and operate a regional passenger rail service system along the IH-35 corridor, connecting the greater Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas.
