EPA Finalizes Rules for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Amino/Phenolic Resins Manufacturing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized rules to reduce hazardous air pollutant emissions from the manufacture of amino/phenolic resins, which are used in a variety of products, including plastics and textiles, by an estimated 137 tons per year.
