The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has published guidance to help pipeline operators improve their safety programs by conducting thorough evaluations using meaningful metrics, following the publication of Advisory Bulletin ADB-2012-10 on December 5, 2012.
