EPA Proposes Changes to California Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve or disapprove seven permitting rules submitted by the Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD) as part of California's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Clean Air Act (CAA). The proposed actions aim to update the SIP with current MBUAPCD permitting rules and address deficiencies in the existing rules.
