EPA Approves West Virginia's Delegation of Authority for Hazardous Air Pollutants and New Source Performance Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the State of West Virginia has the authority to implement and enforce stricter air pollution standards for hazardous pollutants and new industrial facilities, following a previously approved delegation mechanism.
