SEPTA Establishes Emergency Board to Investigate Locomotive Engineers' Dispute

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority has established an emergency board to investigate a dispute between the authority and its locomotive engineers, who are represented by the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen. The board will examine the issue and make recommendations.
