EPA Proposes Approval of California State Implementation Plan Revision for Imperial County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Imperial County, addressing Clean Air Act requirements for ozone precursor emissions inventories in areas nonattainment for the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
