Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on two information collections set to expire on May 31, 2015, with a request for an extension without any changes. The information collections are identified by OMB control numbers 2137-0049 and 2137-0594.
