DoD Proposes New System of Records for Incident Investigations

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to add a new system of records, DPFPA 05, to its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, to record incident details related to PFPA investigations or inquiries into incidents under PFPA jurisdiction.
