EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Lawsuit Over Texas Power Plant Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement to address a lawsuit filed by Environmental Integrity Project and Sierra Club, alleging that the EPA failed to take action within the required timeframe to object to permits issued for three power plants in Texas.
