California Air Resources Board Requests EPA Confirmation on Portable Diesel Engine Amendments

The California Air Resources Board has asked the Environmental Protection Agency to confirm that amendments to California's Portable Diesel-Fueled Engines Air Toxics Control Measure are within the scope of a prior authorization, or warrant full authorization, following the adoption of amendments in 2007, 2009, and 2010.
