EPA Grants John Deere's Petition to Exclude Hazardous Waste from Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted John Deere's petition to exclude up to 600 tons per year of wastewater treatment sludge filter cake from the list of hazardous wastes, following a thorough analysis using the Delisting Risk Assessment Software (DRAS).
