EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NPDES Permits Related to Pesticide Use in US Waters

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of a proposed extension of an information collection request (ICR) related to National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits for point source discharges from pesticide use in US waters, with public comments now open until August 15, 2014.
