FAA Withdraws Proposal to Establish Class E Airspace at Tucumcari, NM

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has withdrawn its proposal to establish Class E airspace at the Tucumcari VORTAC in Tucumcari, New Mexico, following objections raised during the comment period, which was triggered by a notice published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2013.
