EPA Requests Public Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Community Right-to-Know Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request (ICR) for Community Right-to-Know Reporting Requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), which is currently set to expire on April 30, 2015.
