Department of the Army Proposes Changes to Army Procurement Fraud Branch Misconduct Files System

The Department of the Army is proposing to modify its 'Army Procurement Fraud Branch Misconduct Files' system, used to track contractors' misconduct and ineligible participation in government procurement activities, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
